Kenny Arnold, Jr.

Mr. George 'Kenny'? Kenneth Arnold, Jr., 44 of Johnson City, died Thursday, May 17, 2012, at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. A native of Johnson City, he was the son of Martha A. Sexton Arnold, of Johnson City and the late George Kenneth Arnold, Sr.. Kenny served in the U.S. Army and attended Snow Memorial Baptist Church. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife, Janice Smith Arnold, of the home; daughter Sabra Arnold Thornton of Jonesborough; two grandchildren, Saleah Arnold and Colton Thornton, both of Jonesborough; two sisters Karen Hartley and Becky Wilson, both of Johnson City; seven nieces and nephews, Deion, Doninique, Kelsey, and Kobe Harley, Patrick, Keeva, and Brittney Wilson; and his mother and father-in-law, Becky and John Augustas of Bluff City. Memorials may be made to the donors choice. A graveside service will be held, 11am, Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at Mountain Home National Cemetery, with Military Honors, and Rev. Timothy Adkins officiating.
