Linda K. Lyons

Linda K. (Orren) Lyons Linda K. Lyons , 66, Johnson City, entered into eternal rest with her Savior on Sunday, December 18th, 2011. She was a native of Johnson City, and the daughter of Milladean and the late William Orren. Ms. Lyons is a retiree of Mountain Home Veterans Administration, where she served our veterans for many years. She is survived by her mother, Mid (Orren) Hodge and her brother Butch Orren. She has four children, Steven Lyons and wife Cyndi; Christie Blevins and husband Dean; William Lyons; and Beth Gosnell and husband Eric. She was blessed with ten wonderful grandchildren, whom she treasured dearly. In addition, she found great love and support from her church family, dear friends, and devoted care givers and the regional ALS foundation. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials may be made to the Food Ministry of the Grace Free Will Baptist Church, 2110 Knob Creek Road, Johnson City, TN 37604. A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Grace Free Will Baptist Church under the direction of Pastor Curtis Hurt. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until time of service at 7:00 p.m.
