Lois W. Fuller

Lois W. Fuller, 85, of 208 West Watagua Avenue, Johnson City, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Ocotober 22, 2009 at her residence. She was a native of Johnson City, daughter of the late Ezra and Nanny Cox Feathers. Lois was a retired bookkeeper for the McKee '' Wilson Eye Hospital, later renamed the Johnson City Eye Hospital. She was a member of the First Church of God and had served as treasurer of the church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stuart Fuller in 1979 and three brothers, Lee, Lonnie and Lawrence Feathers. Survivors include: a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Brenda Fuller of Lincolnton, NC; two brothers, Lynn Feathers of Johnson City and Louis Feathers of Scottsdale, AZ; one sister, Lorretta Wilson and her husband, Ted of Smyrna, GA; three grandchildren, Kim McCabe and her husband, Keith of Lincolnton, NC, Amy Rollins and her husband, Tommy of Newton, NC, Jason Fuller, Lincolnton, NC; four great grandchildren, Madison McCabe of Lincolnton, NC, Emily Grace Rollins of Newton, NC, Sidney Rollins of Newton, NC and Justin Stuart Fuller of Lincolnton, NC; twelve nieces and nephews. A funeral service is scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the South Chapel of the Morris '' Baker Funeral Home, under the direction of Dan Stansberry. A committal service will follow in the Monte Vista Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at 11:00 a.m. until time of service at one. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Her church family will serve as honorary pallbearers. Memorials may be made in the form of contributions to: the First Church of God, 801 Watagua Avenue, Johnson City, TN 37601 or the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, OH 44720.
