Louise Pierce

Louise Shoun Pierce, age 73, of 203 Chickasaw Street, Johnson City, Tennessee, died Monday, December 18, 2006 at her residence. The daughter of the late Grace Moody Shoun and the late George Shoun, Ms. Pierce was born in Kingsport, Tennessee but lived all of her life in Johnson City. Ms. Pierce was preceded in death by one brother, Clarence Shoun. She is survived by three children, Brenda Shoun of Huntington Beach, California, Vickie Pierce of Kingsport, Jonathan Pierce of Kingsport; two brothers, George Shoun, Jr. of Florida, Fred Shoun of Kingsport and two grandchildren, Adria and Jon Michael Pierce of Kingsport. Funeral services for Ms. Pierce will be held Wednesday, December 20th at 8:00 PM in Morris-Baker Funeral Home North Chapel. Rev. Dan Foster will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Graveside services and burial will be Thursday, December 21st at 2:00 PM at Eastern Star Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery.
