Lucille M. Randolph, 82, of Johnson City, died Monday, March 25, 2013 at her residence following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Randolph was a Rayville, LA native and a daughter of the late Jim C. and Ila Avants Mullins. She was a homemaker, and loved to spend hours tending her flower garden. Mrs. Randolph was a lifelong member of Pinecrest Baptist Church. She served her church in many capacities, including many years of teaching Sunday school and serving in the ladies auxiliary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, John D. Randolph, Sr.; two brothers, Clarence and Harvey Mullins; and two sisters, Ruby Fletcher and Inez Wilson. Survivors include: two daughters, Teresa Gibson, of Johnson City, and Sherry Clinton, and her husband Robert, of Johnson City; son, John D. Randolph, Jr., and his wife Wanda, of Elizabethton; brother, Charlie Mullins, of Pensacola, FL; five grandchildren, Justin Randolph, Laura Shell, Trinity Henley, Clifton Gibson, and Heather Clinton; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
