Margaret Cretsinger Branum

Margaret Cretsinger Branum, 68, Johnson City, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2019, at her residence.
Margaret was a life-long resident of Johnson City, and daughter of the late Raymond Ely and Rosland Elmont Cretsinger.
Margaret retired from Newell Corporation.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by: two brothers, Raymond Eugene and John Walter Cretsinger; and one sister, Molly Jane Carver.
Survivors include: her husband, Arthur “Jr.” Branum, of Johnson City; one son, Carson Bowling III and his wife Lisa, of Jonesborough; one grandson, Chase Alexander, of Jonesborough; one brother, Garnet Cretsinger and his wife Debbie, of Johnson City; one sister-in-law, Lydia Cretsinger, of Jonesborough; her beloved fur babies; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Vanessa, Shorty and Alisa Carver with Amedysis Hospice for the excellent care they provided to Margaret.
A graveside service will be held at 3 PM Thursday, June 6, 2019, at Monte Vista Memorial Park, with Mr. Joshua Clark officiating. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Please meet at Morris-Baker by 2:45 PM to go in procession to the cemetery.
