Margaret Joan Bentley

Margaret Joan Bentley, 72, Johnson City, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015 at the Appalachian Christian Village. She was a native and lifelong resident of Johnson City and a daughter of the late William Howard and Ella Mae Bowman Bentley. Ms. Bentley was a member of Austin Springs United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her aunt and uncle, Ileene and Leonard Hardin. Survivors include: her sister, Nancy Patrick, and her husband Jack, of Johnson City; two nephews, Howard Patrick of Johnson City and James Patrick, and his wife Stacey, of Greenville, SC; great nieces, Elizabeth, Ella, and Ava; great-great nieces, Mileena and Gloria; great-great nephews, David and Aaron; and several cousins. Graveside services for Margaret Joan Bentley will be conducted 2:30 PM Tuesday, January 13, 2015 in Monte Vista Memorial Park with Rev. John Wells officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for those services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Austin Springs United Methodist Church, 724 S.
