Margaret Rhea Tarlton

Margaret R. Tarlton, 69, Johnson City, passed away Friday, May 18, 2018, at her residence following a brief battle with lung cancer. Margaret was born on December 28, 1948 to the late J.D. and Daisy Gibson Mosier. She worked as a CNA for 35 years, working mostly at Four Oaks Health Care Center and Courtyards Senior Living. She attended Piney Grove Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Tarlton. Survivors include: three children, Kim Cutshall and her husband Jeff, Jimmy Tarlton and his wife Stephanie, and Doyle Tarlton; five grandchildren, Abigail Tarlton, Kendra Wiles, Tony Cutshall, Seth Cutshall and Brittany Stanton; four great grandchildren, Emilee Gervin, Trenton Wiles, Rileigh Stanton and Levi Stanton; one brother, Gary Mosier and his wife Peggy; several nieces and nephews; and one special friend of 57 years, Joanne Galladay. A memorial service will be held at 6 PM Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at Piney Grove Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Crowe officiating.
