Mary Frances Murray

Frances R. Murray, 80, of 644 Austin Springs Road, Johnson City, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2008 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a daughter of the late Samuel D. and Cora Mae White Ricker.Mrs. Murray was a member of Austin Springs United Methodist Church, a member of the Utopia Chapter # 27 Order of the Eastern Star, a member of the Johnson City VFW Ladies Auxillary and a founding member of the Johnson City Senior Entertainers.In addition to her parents, Mrs. Murray was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Murray, two sons, James W. Murray and two sisters, Eloise Coffey and Anna Bee Hanson.Survivors include; two daughters, Brenda A. Murray and Linda D. Murray both ofJohnson City; two sons, Joel D. Murray and his wife, Judy of Horn Lake, Mississippi and Jeffrey Murray and his wife, Pam of Johnson City; three grandchildren, Traci Covin, Stephanie 'Jodi'? Eanes and Travis Murray; special family member, Mildred Goins. Funeral services will be conducted at 8:00 pm Sunday, November 30, 2008 from the Morris-Baker South Chapel. Burial services will be conducted at 10:00am Monday, December 1, 2008 from the Monte Vista Memorial Park. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home by 9:45 am Monday and proceed to the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joel Murray, Jeff Murray, Travis Murray, George Hodges and Jason Hodges. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Sunday.
