Mildred Patsy Lewis

Mildred 'Patsy'? Lewis, 93, 905 Smalling Road, died Saturday, March 8, 2008 at NHC Healthcare. Mrs. Lewis was a native and lifelong resident of Carter County. She was a daughter o the late John and Nannie Gobble Hughes. Mrs. Lewis was a member of King Springs Christian Church. Survivors include on son, Ross Lewis and his wife, Freddie, Griffin, GA; two granddaughters, Carla Walsh and Tracey Baker and two great grandchildren, Madison Baker and Annabelle Walsh; one brother, Thomas Hughes, Johnson City and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service for Mrs. Lewis will be conducted at 1 PM Monday, March 10, 2008 from the Morris-Baker Funeral Home North Chapel. Brother Billy Manuel will officiate. Graveside services will follow at Happy Valley Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Sunday, March 9, 2008 at the funeral home.
