Minnie Mae Isabell Roberts

Mrs. Minnie Mae 'Isabell'? Roberts, 88, 313 Jefferson Drive, Jonesborough, passed away Sunday, December 12, 2010 at the Christian Care Center of Johnson City. Mrs. Roberts was a Sullivan County native and had lived in Washington County for the past 48 years. She was the daughter of the late Elmer and Bell Combs. Mrs. Roberts was a retired Seamstress. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Clifford Roberts, one daughter, Reba Jean Cunningham, one son, Louie A. Roberts, two sisters, Betty Combs and Marie Clyburn. Survivors include one son, Eddie Roberts, Telford, five daughters, Margie M. Howell and Pamela Yvonne Cagle, both of Gray, Nancy Johnson, Johnson City, Theresa Wynona Davis of Greeneville and Sherry Louise Simms, Hamilton, Ohio; one sister, Frankie Dugger, Johnson City; nine grandchildren, Chris Davis, Tanner Cagle, Ethan Cagle, Lacey Simms, Nicole Johnson, Evan Cunningham, Lewis Roberts, Marcie Howell and Mistie Howell; four great grandchildren, Nevaeh Davis, Isabell Simms, Dekota Simms and Rodrick Bowman. The funeral service for Mrs. Minnie Mae 'Isabell'? Roberts will be conducted at 8 PM Wednesday December 15, 2010 in the Morris-Baker South Chapel. Pastor Randy Helms will officiate. The graveside committal service will be conducted Thursday in the Monte Vista Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be: Fred Johnson, David Cagle, Tanner Cagle, Ethan Cagle, Rodrick Bowman and Kenneth Howell. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday prior to the service.
