Nell Rhea Fox

Mrs. Nell Rhea King Fox, 92, 115 Woodlawn Drive, Johnson City, passed away Wednesday September 1, 2010 in the Lakebridge Health Care Center. Mrs. Fox was a native of Carter County who lived most of her life in Washington County. She was the daughter of the late J. Perry King and Sally Carrier King. In addition to her parents her husband, Ross E. Fox; one son, John H. Miller III; one sister, Orda Ellis; one grandson, Matthew Flint Miller; one great grandson; Juda Seth Miller also preceded her in death. Mrs. Fox retired from East Tennessee Mills as a Floor Manager. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Survivors include: one daughter, Anne Kerr of Johnson City; one brother, Samuel S. King of Greeneville; one sister, Nancy J. Williams of Oak Ridge; six grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The funeral service for Mrs. Nell Rhea King Fox will be conducted at 2 PM Tuesday September 7, 2010 in the Morris-Baker South Chapel. Rev. Reece Harris and John E. Miller will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Tuesday prior to the service.
