Norma Jean Williams

Norma 'Jean'? Williams, 80, of Sevier County, formerly of Johnson City, died Thursday, June 16, 2011 at the Sevier County Health Care Center. She was a native of Bowling Green, Kentucky, daughter of the late Thomas Herman and Lucy Bell Greenwell. Jean was a homemaker and member of the First Free Will Baptist Church on Colorado Street. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Maynard E. Williams in 1989 and one brother and two sisters. Survivors include: her son and daughter-in-law, Jeffery and Virginia Williams of Gatlinburg; a grandson, Timothy Williams and two great grandchildren, Kayla Williams and Justice Williams all of Chattanooga; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held in the South Chapel of the Morris '? Baker Funeral Home at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2011 under the direction of Gene Deaton. The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. until time of service at 8:00 p.m. A committal service will be conducted on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Salem Cemetery at Washington College. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery.
