Oakes Steven Collis, Jr.

Steven Collis Oakes, Jr., 67, of Johnson City, died Saturday in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native and lifelong Johnson City resident and a son of the late Steven C. Oakes, Sr. and Willie May Young Oakes. Mr. Oakes was a former employee of Raytheon Corporation. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include; two sisters, Hilda Gills and Betty Oakes both of Florida; one uncle, Gernie Oaks and his wife Jessie of Johnson City.
