Patricia Ann Kalbfleish

Patricia Ann Kalbfleisch, 69, of Lake City, Florida, died Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the Johnson City Medical Center, Tennessee. She was a native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, daughter of the late Lester Vernon and Anna Mae Lampkin Kirkendall. Patricia was an office manager for an automobile dealership. She was of protestant faith. In addition to her parents, two brothers, Lester and Richard preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, John H. Kalbfleisch of Johnson City, TN; two daughters, April Morse of Lake City, FL and Denise Harkins of Moore, OK; two sons, Grant Wickliffe of Lake City, FL and Justin Wickliffe of Melrose, FL; a sister, Betsy Howe of Mustang, OK; three grandchildren, Nicole, Bridget and Zach Morse and several nieces and nephews; her cats, Bailey, Jessie and Duffi also survive. A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at the Bethlehem Cemetery in Lake City, Florida, located on Highway 100. Visitation will be from 10am until 1:00pm in the Dees-Parrish Family Funeral Home on Tuesday with burial to follow immediately.
