Patricia Bennett

It is with both sadness and joy that we announce the passing of Patricia Faye Bennett, who left this world peacefully surrounded by family, on January 7, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on July 24, 1946, in Johnson City, TN, Patricia embraced life with a warm heart and infectious spirit that touched all who knew her.

Patricia was a dedicated, and Proud Military wife. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Patricia was a hard-working individual who made her mark in the food service industry, where she skillfully served customers, often bringing smiles and a sense of community to those she encountered. Her kindness and commitment to her work exemplified her love for people and her desire to create joy in everyday moments.

She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert Jack Bennett, Children and their families. Lisa Vines, and husband Michael, along with children Amy, Rachel, Candice and Christopher. Renee Bennett Stines along with her son Jackson. Sandra Bennett Hill. Bobby Bennett and wife Melissa, and children, Storm, Stone and Steele. Her adopted great grandson James. Brothers Larry Troutman and Carrick (JR) Troutman, Sister in law Peggy Bennett, Betty Bennett and brother and sister in law Stanley and Shirley Bennett, and brother in law James Bennett and many other great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Together, they have countless memories of laughter, love, and support that will forever echo in their hearts. Patricia's legacy is one of love, nurturing, and connection, and she will be deeply missed by family and friends alike.

The Bennett family will receive friends at 11am Tuesday January 14, 2025 at Morris Baker Funeral Home. Funeral to follow at be 12 noon. Services will be officiated by Pastor Terry Jones. Graveside services will be at 2pm at VA Mountain Home, TN.

Pallbearers are grandsons, Jack Stines, Storm Bennett, Stone Bennett, Steele Bennett, Christopher Timmons and James Bennett

Patricia was preceded in death by: Father Carrick Troutman, Mother Florence Troutman, Brother Eugene Troutman, and sister Thelma Strickland.
