Patsy Edna Presnell

Patsy Edna Presnell, 75, of Johnson City died on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at her residence. She was a native of Roan Mountain, daughter of the late Burt Bales and Lillian Benfield Proffitt.
Patsy was a retired employee of Leon Fehrenback.
She was of the Pentacostal faith.
In addition to her parents, a sister, Ruby McDowell preceded her in death.
Survivors include: her husband of 59 years, Billy Mack Presnell of the home; a son, Johnny Mack Presnell, two daughters, Billie Kindziera and Robin Casey; five grandchildren, Amber, Andrea, Aaron, Brandon and Chloe; two brothers, Harry Davis and Ralph Bales; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 1, 2019 at Morris-Baker Funeral Home from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm in the Dogwood Chapel under the direction of Evangelist Phil Reed and Pastor Robert Keller. A committal service is scheduled for Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 1:00 pm in the Washington County Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Mark Reed, Daniel Reed, Eric Presnell, Shawn Jenkins, Ronnie Lambert and Nick Murr. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery by 12:45 pm.
