Patsy Jewel Frady

Patsy Jewel Frady, 74, Johnson City, went home to be with our Lord and Savior Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at Johnson City Medical Center. Patsy was a resident of Johnson City. She was the daughter of the late Grady Paul Watson, Sr. and Juanita Pearl Milsapps. Patsy was a stay at home mother with a heart made of pure gold. She was a kind-hearted, loving woman, who cared deeply and passionately about her family. She never went a day without telling a story or talking about her children. Patsy enjoyed spending her days drinking coffee, doing word searches and playing with her cat, Clyde. Above all, Patsy was at her happiest when spending time with her family. She lived a long life, filled with love and laugher. In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by: two sisters, Stella Mae Watson and Wanda Faye Simons; and one brother, Glen Watson. Survivors include: her boyfriend of over 30 years, Arnold Leon Ebalo; two sisters, Eva Thompson and Kay Hylton; two brothers, Paul Watson, Jr. and Todd Watson; children, Alse ?Bobby' Robert Forrester and his wife Diane, William ?Billy' Kenneth Forrester, Terry Lee Bledsoe, Cissy Juanita Garner and her husband Mark, Patty Holt and her husband Eddie, Donna Michelle Kirk, Preston Albert Frady and his fianc? Natasha and Brandon Lee Frady; 22 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and one great, great grandchild; and many loving nieces and nephews.
