Paul F. Stover

Paul F. Stover, 87, Jonesborough, passed away Monday, October 7, 2013 at the Johnson City Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born September 25, 1926 to the late Fred and Amy Stover. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Bobby Gene Stover. Paul loved singing gospel music, farming, and being surrounded by his family. He was a member of Highland Church of Christ. Mr. Stover retired from Green Valley Developmental Center in 1997. He was most recently employed by Morris-Baker Funeral Home. Survivors include: his wife of 67 years, Joy Campbell Stover; a daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Rodney Thomas; a daughter-in-law, Jill Stover; five grandchildren, Becky Welch (Mark), Sharon Hall (Robert), Beth Bader (Ryan), Chad Thomas (Casey), Aimee Cantadore (Frankie); ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several cousins.
