Pearl Frye

Pearl Frye, 84, Johnson City, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018, at NHC Healthcare. Pearl was a native of Maryland, North Carolina, daughter of the late William and Dora Frye. She was a loving woman who cared for her family and friends with her whole heart. Pearl was devoted to the Lord and could be found at the Salvation Army church almost every Sunday. In addition to her parents, Pearl is preceded in death by: two sons, Darrel Frye and Jackie Frye; and one brother, Levi Frye. Survivors include: one daughter, Betty Frye; and three granddaughters, Tammy Frye, Christy Frye, and Cookie Frye. The family of Pearl Frye will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. A committal service will follow immediately after at 3:00 PM at Monte Vista Memorial Park, with Captain Michael Cox officiating.
