Ralph Dean Vines

Ralph Dean Vines, 87, Johnson City, passed away Monday, January 22, 2018, at his residence. He was born in Washington County to the late Eugene and Ann Lee Walch Vines. Ralph was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a bricklayer for JE Green and the town of Jonesborough. He was a handyman and enjoyed working on anything and everything, especially cars. In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by: one sister, Ruth Bennett; one nephew, Greg Vines; one brother-in-law, Theodore Bennett; and one sister-in-law, Louise Vines. Survivors include: two brothers, Robert and Blaine Vines; two nephews, Brian Vines and Roy Bennett; one niece, Brandi Osborne; one great nephew, Adam Bennett; and a very special loved one, Louise Osborne. There will not be any services.
