Randy Casteel

Randy Casteel, 47, of Johnson City, died Sunday, July 21, 2013 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native and lifelong resident of Johnson City and the son of Gilbert E. and Dorothy Ingram Casteel. Mr. Casteel was of the Freewill Baptist faith. Prior to his retirement, he was employed by Casteel Brothers Construction. In addition to his parents, Mr. Casteel is survived by: his daughter, Megan Nicole Casteel, Jonesborough; sister, Linda Kay Ford, and her husband Terry, Johnson City; nephew, Nathan Ford, Johnson City; niece, Laura Ford, Johnson City; and several aunts and uncles. The family of Randy Casteel will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 PM in the North Chapel. Rev. Kenneth Grindstaff will officiate. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Graveside services will be conducted 12:00 PM Thursday in the Washington County Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at Morris-Baker by 11:30 AM Thursday to go in procession to the cemetery for those services.
