Ray H. Scott

Ray Scott, age 83, passed away September 4, 2009 at the Life Care Center of Gray after a brief illness. Mr. Scott was a native of Washington County and a son of the late Raymond and Goldie Scott. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Scott. Mr. Scott owned and operated Scotts Grocery Store for many years. He attended Otterbein Untied Methodist Church. Mr. Scott is survived by his one son and daughter-in-law, John and Katrina Scott and a nephew and his wife, Larry and Joan Johnson. A graveside service for Mr. Scott will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at Monte Vista Memorial Park. Reverend TaeHun Yoon will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
