Reba J. Hill, 82, Johnson City, died Sunday, December 16, 2012, at the Johnson City Medical Center. Born May 26, 1930 in Johnson County, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Pauline Mullins Pate. Reba was a loving wife and devoted mother who always put her family first. She was a member of Heritage Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, her brother, Robert Pate, preceded her in death. Survivors include: her husband, Ralph Hill, of the home; daughter, Helen Hall, Johnson City; two sisters, Shelby Barnett and Linda Hawkins, both of Johnson City; four nieces, Angie Butler, Jonesborough, Tina Ayo, California, Alisha Campbell, Charlotte, NC, and LaShay Thompson, Johnson City; and five nephews, Victor Pate, Brian Hill, Kingsport, Vince 'Nino'? Hawkins, Anthony Barnett, and Chris Kinnick, Johnson City. The family of Reba Hill will receive friends from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM Wednesday at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. Following the visitation, family and friends will proceed to the U.S. National Cemetery, Mountain Home, for committal services. Dr. Reggie Weems will officiate.
