Rhonda Lee Ledford-Braton, 59, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital following treatment for congestive heart failure.
She is a native of Washington County, and a daughter of the late Roger Lee Ledford and Nina Shelton-Herndon.
Rhonda was a lover of the Lord Jesus Christ, and a friend to all she met. She was had a big heart, willing to give her best effort and her last dollar to someone if they needed it.
Singing, dancing, and traveling helped Rhonda enjoy life to the fullest. She was an artist, drawing as well as writing poetry. More than anything, she loved to spend time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one aunt, Nell Brown.
Those surviving include: only daughter, Ealiceia Lynn Braton; siblings, Bobby “Joe” Herndon II, Nora Cunningham Barringer, and Ronnie Ledford; aunts, Linda Gentry, Sharon Branch, and Barbara Barnes; uncles, W.C. Shelton and wife Charlotte, James Shelton, and Larry Brown; as well as many more cousins and friends.
Burial will take place at Monte Vista Memorial Park. The family of Rhonda Ledford-Braton is requesting help to offset the cost of burial, donations may be made via the donation link on Rhonda’s obituary page at www.morrisbaker.com
