Richard Carrick Mckee

Mr. Richard Carrick McKee, age 59, of Johnson City, passed away June 10, 2012, after an extended battle with cancer. He died peacefully at home surrounded by loving family. Richard was a native of Johnson City, TN, a lifelong Harley Davidson rider, and friend to all. He was the son of the late Carrick McKee and Patricia Rorke Blakely. Survivors include daughters Autumn Lea McKee, Andrea McKee Orender and husband Jake, Carrie McKee Wagner and husband Jared, and Sabrina Ann McKee; five grandchildren; three sisters, Barbara M. Valentik and husband Craig, Ruth O. McKee, and April Blakely; one brother, Thomas E. McKee and wife Linda; Richards dear love, Donna Salts; several aunts, an uncle, cousins, nieces, and a nephew. A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 pm Friday, June 15, 2012, at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 5:30 - 7:00 pm at the church before the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a cancer research organization of your choice.
