Robert Darnell Williams

Robert Darnell Williams, 47, was called home on April 5, 2019 at 3:38 PM.
Robert was born on July 15, 1971, to Edward Williams Jr. and Pauline Harrison Williams in Alexandria, Louisiana. He went to job corps in Arkansas and obtained his degree, which brought him to Kingsport. He later moved to Johnson City, and this is where he began to work in restaurants and discovered his passion for cooking. Robert loved life and his family. His presence was felt everywhere he went, and he left a lasting impression on everyone that knew him.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Edward Williams, Jr.; grandparents, Edward Williams, Sr. and Lillian Joubert Williams and Paul Harrison and Frankie Chenevert Harrison; two aunts, Dolly Ann Butler and Pearlie May Williams; and one uncle, Arthur Wayne Williams.
He leaves behind to mourn him: his mother, Pauline Williams; an ex-wife, Alicia Hendrickson; two daughters La’Keysha Blevins and Victoria and her husband Jesse Cleek; two grandchildren; five brothers; two sisters; three nephews; and two nieces.
The family of Robert Williams will receive friends from 3 to 4 PM Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 4 PM with Rev. Lester Lattany officiating.
