Robert Stephen Steve Miller

Robert Stephen ?Steve' Miller died January 8, 2016 at home. He was born December 28, 1957 in Nashville, Tennessee the son of the late William B. and Betty B. Miller, living most of his life in Johnson City, Tennessee. Steve attended University High and East Tennessee State University. He was a member of Munsey Memorial United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his brother, James William Miller. He is survived by: two daughters, Melissa Ann Miller and Jada Diana Miller and her fianc?e James S. Julian of Johnson City; one sister, Elizabeth A. Miller of Nashville; one niece, Alicia Dawn Thompson and her husband Victor Thompson, and their son, Milo Thompson of Johnson City; cousins, Patricia A. Brady of Philadelphia, PA, Sue Whitehurst of Richmond, VA, Bonnie and Owen Maddox of Chattanooga, Sarah Wingo of Decatur, AL, and Bill Miller and John Miller of Nashville. The family of Steve Miller will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Michael Lester officiating. A committal service will immediately follow at Monte Vista Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family asked that memorial donations be made to the Humane Society of Washington County, 2101 W Walnut Street, Johnson City.
