Sherry Faye Vaughn

October 31, 1963 — May 11, 2019

Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints. The Lord cares deeply when His loved ones die. When they arrive at the gates of death, God welcomes those who love Him. (Psalm 116:15 KJV, NLT, MSG)‎
Because of JESUS’ Great Gift, our loving Father GOD welcomed with open arms His precious daughter, Sherry Faye Vaughn, 55, to her real Home in Heaven on Saturday, May 11th, 2019.
Sherry was born on October 31st, 1963, to William Buddy and Elizabeth Vaughn, the third of four children, and lived her entire earthly life in the Johnson City, Tennessee area. Her parents, and brother, Doug Vaughn, passed on before her.
Still on this side of Heaven are Sherrys brother, Phil and June Sheppard; sister, Robin and Richard Shepherd; sister-in-love, Karol Vaughn; numerous nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles; a long time friend, Jerome Webster; more friends and loved ones, most in the Tri-Cities, Tennessee area.
Sherry will always be remembered for her caring and creative heart, her laughter, and her great love of animals.
The family would like to extend extra special thanks to the wonderful staff at the Johnson City Medical Center for loving and caring for Sherry like family!
I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in Him…! (Romans 15:13)
Arrangements are pending.
