Stephen Bishop Maggard

Stephen B. Maggard, 61, of W. Pine Street, Johnson City, died Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at the Lifecare Center of Gray. He was a native of Cumberland, Kentucky, son of the late Cecil and Nellie Maggard Maggard. Stephen was an educator having taught in the Charlotte '' Mecklenburg and Bristol Tennessee City school systems for 35 years. He is survived by his step-mother, Addie 'Pete'?
