Steve D. Wilson, of Harrisburg, North Carolina, went to be with the lord February 14, 2016 at home with his beloved wife Mary Charles. He spent his final days surrounded by his family. Steve grew up and lived all of his life in Johnson City. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ambers Wilson, Sr. Steve worked at Diamond Cab for nearly 20 years with his father and brother, Bob. He was a former member of Central Baptist Church. Steve?s favorite past time was playing golf with his friends. Steve was an ordinary man who lived an extraordinary life. He loved spending time with his son and daughter-in-law, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He was truly a loving man remembered for his generosity, compassion, and affection. In addition to his parents, Steve is preceded in death by his son, Scott Wilson.
