Steve Travis Mullins

Steve Travis Mullins, 42, of Rogersville, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at his residence. He was a native of Johnson City, a son of the late Michael Julian Sr. and Phyllis Hilton Campbell. Travis loved to go to Dollywood and spend time with close family members, who will miss him and cherish his memory dearly. His dog, Mickey, was a big part of his life. He had a beautiful voice and had enjoyed singing at church and listening to gospel music. Travis also loved Christmas, never waiting to put the tree up if he could help it. He was a kind and loving individual who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it, and spent much of his time caring for the elderly and children with special needs. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Tom and Ellen Hilton; paternal grandfather, Papaw Julian ?The Ice Cream Man?; his favorite aunt, Jo Francis; as well as several other aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is survived by his loving partner, Trinity Brooks; brothers, Jeff Mullins and his wife Michelle, Mike Mullins, Shannon Mullins, Mike Julian Jr., and James Julian; sister, Sherry Mullins; uncle, Bobby Francis; close cousins, Shayne Francis, Hannah Francis and Jeremiah Francis; as well as many other friends and family members. The family of Travis Mullins will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, September 28, 2018, at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM.
