Sue Lynn Moore Brown

Sue Lynn Moore Brown, 66, Johnson City, entered into eternal rest September 1, 2006 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Born March 24, 1940 in Knoxville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Edna Miller Moore. Mrs. Brown was President & CEO of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of East Tennessee for 26 years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Johnson City. Mrs. Brown is survived by: her husband of 45 years, Carl 'Wayne' Brown, Johnson City; son, Christopher W. Brown, Johnson City; daughter, Cheryl B. Turman, and son-in-law, Kenneth L. Turman, Johnson City; granddaughters, Matysan, Morghan, and Mackenzie Turman, Johnson City; and aunt, Bonita M. Cluck, Knoxville, TN. The family wishes to extend gratitude to Dr. Martin Q. Tran, East Tennessee Medical Associates, Penny Jones and Barbara Mitchell, Fresenius Medical Care, and the entire staff of Johnson City Medical Center Units 3200 and 5500. Graveside services for Mrs. Brown will be conducted 2:30 PM Saturday in Monte Vista Cemetery with Reverend Baron Eliason officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery for those services. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the First Presbyterian Church Preschool, 105 South Boone Street, Johnson City, TN 37601.
