Sylvia Lee Russell

Sylvia Lee Russell, age 78, of Kingsport, Tennessee, passed away at her home on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. 

Sylvia was born to the late George and Myrtle Belflower on July 17, 1946, in Tifton, Georgia. 

She was a loving mother of two children, Crystal Hedgecock and George McGiffin. Sylvia, or more affectionally known as “Squirrely” and “Aunt Boogie” to family, never met a stranger and was the beacon that kept the Belflower family connected. She will be missed by us all.

A private family 'Celebration of Life' will be held, in lieu of a public service.
