Thomas Earl Mcinturff, Iii

Thomas Earl McInturff III, 53, Johnson City, passed away Friday, January 25, 2019, at Johnson City Medical Center. Thomas was born in Johnson City to Thomas Earl McInturff II and the late Patricia Ann McCorkle McInturff. Thomas graduated from University High School and attended ETSU. Thomas was an extremely hard worker with an admirable work ethic. He was the most honest, caring and extremely intelligent person, who had no time for fools who could not understand him. Thomas was frugal with himself but more giving to others than most would understand. He will be missed by family and friends. In addition to his mother, Thomas was preceded in death by one uncle, John L. McCorkle. Survivors include: one brother, Richard McInturff; one uncle and two aunts, Fred and Kathy McCorkle and Sylvia McCorkle; and more cousins and friends than one could count. The family of Thomas McInturff will receive friends from 3 PM until 4 PM Sunday, January 27, 2019, at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow at 4 PM with Pastor Derek Harden officiating. In lieu of flowers, the McInturff family asks that you take your best friends out to dinner.
