Timothy Dylan Pippin

T. Dylan Pippin, 16, of Johnson City, passed away on Monday, June 6, 2011 at his residence. He was a native of Elizabethton but had lived in Johnson City most of his life. Dylan was a son of Viki Myers of Johnson City. He was preceded in death by a Grandmother, Gwen Myers. He was a member of Lifestyle Fitness Center in Johnson City. Survivors in addition to his mother include; one brother, Brandon Ingram of Telford; his Maternal Grandparents, Patricia Summers and Billy G. Heaton; Grandfather, Louis Summers; his Best Friend, T. J. Cleamons of Johnson City; two uncles, Billy W. Heaton of PA and Ted Pippin of Elizabethton; one Aunt, Tracey Heaton; five cousins, Courtney Putnam, Danielle Mountjoy, Cheyanne Smith, Autumn Smith and Ariel Heaton; and his mentor, Fabian Castelleon; his honorary nanny, Juanita Cleamons. Services will be conducted at 7:00 pm Wednesday, June 15, 2011 from the Morris-Baker South Chapel. Rev. Keith Ingram will officiate the graveside service on Thursday. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Thursday from Roselawn Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be T. J. Cleamons, Billy W. Heaton, Fabian Castelleon, Jordan Burgos, Zack Collins, Daniel Moody, Stephen Barnette and Slater Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be Ted Pippin, Brian Napor, Billy Burleson, Gordon Self, Scott Ingram, Binks Nelson, Isiah Rosenbaum and Jordon Dugger. A procession will leave the funeral home at 1:15 pm on Thursday. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 until 7:00 pm on Wednesday. If anyone should need a ride to the services please call 946-9284. As per Dylans wishes, casual attire may be worn.
