Mr. Walter Carter Fleenor, 69, of Johnson City, passed away Monday, September 28, 2009 at Lakebridge Healthcare Center in Johnson City.Mr. Fleenor was a native of Virginia.He was preceded in death by his parents and by one son, David Fleenor.Survivors include; one brother, Ernie Fleenor of Bristol, TN. There are no services scheduled for Mr. Fleenor.
