William Bradley Casteel, III , 53, of 141 E. Market Street, John Sevier Center, Johnson City died Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at his residence. Mr. Castell was a native of Bristol, VA and had lived in Johnson City for the past sixteen years. He was a son of the late William B. Casteel, Jr. and Daisy Alice Collier Casteel. Mr. Casteel was a former Landscaper. Survivors include: one son, William B. 'Will' Casteel, IV of Erwin; his Fiancee, Sharon Messer of Johnson City; one brother, Bill Gene Messer of Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Patsy Rosalee Barrett and Maxie Ellen Shelton, both of Kingsport; five nieces and nephews also survive. It was the request of Mr. Casteel to be cremated. A celebration of the life of William Bradley Casteel, III will be from 1 to 6 PM, Saturday, March 4, 2006 at the residence of a sister, Ellen Shelton, 449 Salem Street, Kingsport, TN.
