William Bruce Light

William Bruce Light, 53, Johnson City, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016. Mr. Light was a Johnson City native and son of Gladys Ford Casey and the late David Maynard Light. Mr. Light loved to watch NASCAR and baseball, and especially enjoyed working crossword puzzles. Survivors include: one brother, Brice Light; four sisters, Selienna Presnell, Dawn Lopez, Paula Malone, and Serena Chavez; several nieces and nephews; and one special niece, Talia Chavez. The family of William Light will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM. Pallbearers will be: Michael Thomason, Brice Light, Steven Malone, David Lee Pendergrass, Ralph Pendergrass, and Tommy Shelton. A committal service will immediately follow at Maple Lawn Cemetery.
