William W.A. Miller

William A. 'W.A.'? (Dub) Miller, age 85, of 163 Unaka View Road, Johnson City, passed away Monday, September 22, 2008, at his home. Mr. Miller was a native of Washington County and had lived in Carter County for many years. He was a son of the late William Dean and Clara Leona Way Miller and was also preceded in death by one brother, Roy Miller and one sister-in-law, Betty Miller. Mr. Miller was a retired power house supervisor at North American Rayon. Survivors include his wife, Mae Tucker Miller; two sons, Kevin Miller and his wife, Patricia, Bluff City and Carlton Miller and his wife, Kathy, Johnson City; three grandchildren, Doug, Wesley and Eric Miller; five great grandchildren; one brother, Herman Miller, Johnson City; one sister, Sue Huff, Johnson City and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service for Mr. Miller will be held at 11 am Thursday, September 25, 2008 at Roselawn Memory Gardens. Reverend Dallas Gregg will officiate. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery.
