Wilma Anne Malone

Wilma Anne Malone, 63, of Johnson City, passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018, at Johnson City Medical Center. Anne was born in Washington County, TN to the late David and Rosalee Taylor Sparks. Anne was a member of True Gospel Freewill Baptist Church and was devoted to God and her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, T. F. Malone; and a nephew, T.J. Dougherty. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Shannon and Melinda Malone; a grandson, Lakota Malone; a brother and sister-in-law, David and Lisa Sparks; a sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Mike Hyatt; two nieces, Taylor Sparks and Abby Sparks; a nephew, Ryan Dougherty; and two honorary grandchildren, Jaden Hartley and Tyler Hartley. The Malone family will receive friends from 6?8 pm on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow visitation at 8 pm in the Dogwood Chapel under the direction of Rev. Richard Sheppard, II and Josh Hinkle. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in honor of Anne to True Gospel Freewill Baptist Church, 804 McArthur St., Johnson City, TN 37601.
